The Proceedings of the 7th Regional School on Informatics of Goiás (ERIGO 2019) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Goiania, Goias, Brazil, during the period November 22 and 23, 2019. In this issue, the proceedings include 21 (Twenty one) full papers, 1 (one) extended abstract and 14 (Fourtheen) short papers. These papers were selected through a double blind review peer review process, from a total of 45 full papers and 30 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 46% and 50%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Vinicius da Cunha Martins Borges ([Instituto de Informática of UFG and associate member of SBC]), who organized this volume with the assistance of other coordinating members, Luciana de Oliveira Berretta, Leandro Alexandre Freitas, Victor Hugo Lazaro Lopes and Rosângela Souza Santana. The articles in this volume were submitted on 10/01/2019, accepted for publication on 10/31/2019, with the final version submitted on 11/07/2019.
