The Proceedings of the 19th Brazilian Symposium on Human Factors in Computing Systems (IHC 2020) bring the papers selected and presented in the Cyberspace - October 26th to 30th, 2020. In this issue, the proceedings include 37 full papers and 23 short papers. These papers were selected through a blind review, from a total of 106 full papers and 49 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 34,9% and 46,94%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Isabela Gasparini (Santa Catarina State University) and Tayana Conte (Federal University of Amazonas), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 01/07/2020, accepted for publication on 04/09/2020, with the final version submitted on 11/09/2020.
