Pesquisa orientada pelo design em IHC e formas de avaliação deste tipo de pesquisa

Resumo


Introdução: Este estudo investiga a pesquisa orientada pelo design (também conhecida como Research through Design e/ou pesquisa construtiva em design) na Interação Humano-Computador - IHC, tema alinhado aos Grandes Desafios da pesquisa em IHC no Brasil. O objetivo é explorar especificidades e critérios de avaliação da qualidade desse tipo de abordagem de pesquisa, na qual o processo de design age como meio para gerar conhecimento. Após situar os paradigmas de pesquisa nos quais a pesquisa orientada pelo design pode se basear, explora diferentes conjuntos de critérios para avaliar a qualidade de suas contribuições. Esses critérios estão sendo aplicados ao desenvolvimento da plataforma RedePro, que busca promover práticas sustentáveis de design.
