Componentes eletivos como uma alternativa para a inclusão do Pensamento Computacional nos currículos do ensino médio brasileiro
Abstract
In Brazil, the discussion regarding the inclusion of Computational Thinking (CT) in the curriculum intensified during BNCCís elaboration. Because of deadlocks, a complementary standard was written to deal specifically with the Computing teaching. But it was approved in 2022, after when the curriculum of each state had already been updated. In this context, the objective of this article is to identify if “elective components” are already incorporated into the curricula to contemplate CT and also to propose themes for the inclusion of this type of component. The research is documental and identified that only Pernambuco and Santa Catarina curricula deal with “elective components” directly related to CT. In addition, two suggested themes are proposed regarding to this type of content.
