Utilizando a Norma ISO/IEC 14598-5 na Avaliação de Qualidade de Hiperdocumentos Web
Resumo
Este artigo descreve como a Norma ISO/IEC 14598-5 pode ser utilizada na avaliação de qualidade de hiperdocumentos web. Devido a sua generalidade, observa-se a necessidade de considerar aspectos inerentes ao tipo da aplicação. Foi realizado um estudo de caso em que hiperdocumentos web foram avaliados considerando se métricas estruturais. A abordagem utilizada no estudo de caso inclui Sistemas de Aprendizado de Máquina de forma a ajudar webmasters a interpretar os resultados obtidos.
