The Proceedings of the 15th Brazilian Symposium on Information and Computational Systems Security (SBSeg 2015) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Florianópolis/SC, from November 09 to 12, 2015. In this issue, the proceedings include 22 full papers and 14 short papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review. The event's program committee was coordinated by Carlos Maziero (UFPR) and Routo Terada (USP), who organized this volume.
