The Proceedings of the 7th Workshop on Software Visualization, Evolution and Maintenance (VEM 2019) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Salvador, on September 25, 2019, co-located with the 10th Brazilian Conference on Software: Theory and Practice (CBSoft 2019). In this issue, the proceedings include 11 full papers accepted. These papers were selected through a double blind peer review process, from a total of 18 full papers, which implied an acceptance rate of 61%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Fernando Castor (UFPE) e Igor Scaliante Wiese (UTFPR), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on July 26, 2019, accepted for publication on August 16, 2019, with the final version submitted on September 04, 2019.
