The Proceedings of the XI Workshop on Aspects of Human-Computer Interaction for the Social Web (WAIHCWS'20) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held on October 26, 2020 online in Cyberspace. In this issue, the proceedings include 6 full papers. These papers were selected through a blind review, from a total of 17 full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 35%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Kamila Rios da Hora Rodrigues (ICMC/USP), who organized this volume. The papers in this volume were submitted on 2020/08/17, accepted for publication on 2020/09/29, with the final version submitted on 2020/10/13.
