The Proceedings of the 21st MPS Annual Workshop (WAMPS 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held on November 3, 2025, at the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), in São José dos Campos/SP, Brazil. In this issue, the proceedings include 09 technical papers and experience reports. These papers were selected through a single-blind review, from a total of 11 submitted technical papers and experience reports, which implied an acceptance rate of 81.8%. This volume was organized by Sandro Bezerra (UFPA) and Ivaldir Junior (UPE), chairs of the scientific committee. The articles in this volume were submitted on 08/30/2025, accepted for publication on 09/30/2025, with the final version submitted on 10/10/2025.
