Abstract

With the expansion of railways, highways and infoways our country seeks economic and social growth. Infoways are enabling faster data communication and the delivery of services to the entire country. Digital public services are central elements in this discussion; however, they lack a restructuring in the way of building useful services. The challenge for public administration is to interoperate the data spread across several databases. Thus, the Mato Grosso State Government implemented X-Via MT, a data interoperability platform to strengthen the development of digital services and integrate their systems, based on X-ROAD, adopted by important digital nations such as Estonia.

Keywords: interoperability, integration, data governance, digital government
