Interaction with Taxpayers in the Electronic Tax Domicile of SEFAZ-CE
Abstract
The usability of public government systems is fundamental to ensuring that citizens can access and use government services effectively and intuitively. Well-designed and easy-to-navigate systems promote transparency, increase democratic participation and contribute to more efficient and accessible administration for all users, regardless of their training or technical skills. This study aims to evaluate the perception of usability of the Electronic Tax Domicile System (DT-e) of the Secretary of Finance of the State of Ceará (SEFAZ-CE), by taxpayers and their legal representatives, suggesting adjustments in form to improve end users’ perception of the tool.
