Abstract

This experience report covers the digital transformation of the Pedagogical Evaluation of the National Book and Teaching Material Program (PNLD). This study considers the challenges inherent in developing government computing solutions with multiple stakeholders and high volatility in functional requirements. Thus, from the perspective of one of the PNLD pedagogical evaluation stakeholders, the article discusses the actions taken to optimize flows and their impact on the design of a computational solution to support public policies and collaboration and integration in government.
