The Proceedings of the 18th Workshop on Computational Vision (WVC 2023) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in São Bernardo do Campo/SP, Brazil, from November 13-14, 2023. In this issue, the proceedings include 26 papers. These papers were selected through a single-blind review, from a total of 31 papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 84%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Maurício Escarpinati (UFU), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 09/23/2023, accepted for publication on 10/16/2023, with the final version submitted on 10/28/2023.
