The Proceedings of the 32nd Thesis and Dissertation Contest (CTD 2019) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Belém, during the period July 15 to 16, as part of the 39th Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2019), had the theme "Computing and Social-environmental Responsibility". In this issue, the proceedings include 6 doctoral thesis papers and 10 master dissertation papers. These papers were selected through a peer-review process, from a total of 30 doctoral thesis papers and 32 master dissertation papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 20% and 31%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Luciano Paschoal Gaspary and Warley Muricy Valente Junior, who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on March 25, accepted for publication on May 6, with the final version submitted on May 13.
