The Proceedings of the 9th Regional School on Computing of Ceará, Maranhão, and Piauí (ERCEMAPI 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event held in UFC - Campus Quixadá, during the period September 14-16, 2021. In this issue, the proceedings include 14 full papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind peer-review process. The event's program committee was coordinated by Guilherme Álvaro Rodrigues Maia Esmeraldo (IFCE), Francisco Glaubos Nunes Climaco (UFMA) and Rodrigo de Melo Souza Veras (UFPI), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 08/09/2021, accepted for publication on 08/30/2021, with the final version submitted on 09/03/2021.
