The Proceedings of the 10th Theory of Computation Meeting (ETC 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Maceió, AL, Brazil, from July 20 to 24, 2025, as part of the 45th Congress of the Brazilian Computing Society (CSBC 2025), whose theme was "Digital Governance for a Sustainable Society". In this issue, the proceedings include 29 extended abstracts, which were selected through a single-blind peer review process, among 35 submissions, implying an acceptance rate of 82.8%. The event was coordinated by Carla Negri Lintzmayer (UFABC), Manoel Campêlo (UFC), and Vinícius dos Santos (UFMG), who organized this volume together with Alexandre Braga (UNCISAL), CSBC 2025 Publications Chair. The papers in this volume were submitted on 03/31/2025, accepted for publication on 05/02/2025, with the final version submitted on 05/16/2025.
