The Proceedings of the 6th Theory of Computation Meeting (ETC 2021) brings the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, on July 18 to 23, as part of the 41st Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2021) which had the theme "Innovation and Digital Transformation: Facing the Complexity and Uncertainties of the Contemporary World". In this issue, the proceedings include 27 papers. These papers were selected through a blind peer-review process, from a total of 39 papers, which implied an acceptance rate of 69%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Cláudia Linhares Sales, Flávio Keidi Miyazawa, Manoel Bezerra Campelo Neto e Vinicius Fernandes dos Santos, who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted by April 16, 2021, accepted for publication on May 21, 2021, with the final version submitted on June 04, 2021.
