Engenharia semiótica no Youtube Music: estudo da comunicabilidade com MoLIC, MIS e MAC

Abstract


This paper presents a study of communicability in some of the features of the YouTube Music app. For this, interaction modeling with the Modeling Language for Interaction as Conversation (MoLIC) was initially carried out, pointing out some breakdowns in the designer-user metacommunication. Then, the Semiotic Inspection Method (SIM) and the Communicability Evaluation Method (CEM) were applied to identify how these failures affect the user interaction in the evaluated parts of the system. Finally, some improvements were proposed in the user's navigation flow, building a new MoLIC diagram, representing the proposed corrections.
