The Proceedings of the 20th Brazilian Symposium on Human Factors in Computing Systems (IHC 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the Cyberspace - October 18th to 22th, 2021. In this issue, the proceedings include 56 full papers. The event's program committee was coordinated by André Pimenta Freire (Federal University of Lavras) and Marcelle Pereira Mota (Federal University of Pará), who organized this volume.
