Abstract
The mining industry involves several processes to obtain concentrated ore, demanding qualified human resources. Driven by guidelines and guidelines for including visually impaired people in the labor market, equitable operating conditions must be offered. The study addresses the various activities performed by operators responsible for wagon loading. In this context, the objective is to verify the execution of specific tasks by individuals with or without visual impairment in a virtual environment. It is needed to identify operational critical points that will lead to more assertive actions regarding infrastructure modifications, thus enabling a more inclusive environment.References
