The Proceedings of the 41st Brazilian Symposium on Databases (SBBD 2026) bring the papers selected and presented at the edition of the event held in São Carlos/SP, Brazil, from September 8 to 11, 2026. In this edition, the proceedings include 54 full papers and 46 short papers. These papers were selected through a single-blind peer review process from a total of 153 full papers and 113 short papers, resulting in acceptance rates of 35.3% and 40.7%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Elaine Parros M. Sousa (USP) and José Maria da Silva Monteiro Filho (UFC), who organized this volume together with Denio Duarte (UFFS), SBBD 2026 Publications Chair. The full papers included in these proceedings were submitted on 03/29/2026, accepted for publication on 05/11/2026, with the final versions submitted on 06/21/2026. The short papers were submitted on 05/15/2026, accepted for publication on 06/15/2026, with the final versions submitted on 06/22/2026.
