Introducing Clinical Task Management in a Pervasive Computing Middleware
Abstract
Currently in its second generation, the Pervasive Computing is focused on development of interactive and programmable environments, which assist the user in their daily activities. The health care system of the future addresses the use of Pervasive Computing as a way to automate and optimize the clinical activities. This study tried to adapt a middleware for management of pervasive environment to support and manage the execution of clinical tasks (pervasive applications that help the clinician to carry out their activities), satisfying some requirements of the activity-driven computing, and creating a wizard to assist clinicians in their daily activities.References
