The Proceedings of the 22nd Brazilian Symposium on Computing Applied to Health (SBCAS 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Teresina/PI, from June 7-10, 2022. In this edition, the proceedings include 39 full papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review. The event's program committee was coordinated by Márcia Ito (GTPS/CEETEPS) and Romuere Rodrigues Veloso e Silva (UFPI), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 03/23/2022, and accepted for publication on 05/05/2022, with the final version submitted on 05/14/2022.
