The Companion Proceedings of the 22nd Brazilian Symposium on Applied Health Computing (SBCAS 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Teresina/PI, from June 7-10, 2022. In this issue, the proceedings gather the papers accepted and presented in three tracks: Artur Ziviani Award for Theses and Dissertations (CTD), Undergraduate Research Works Contest (CTIC) and Works in Progress. These papers were selected through a blind review. This volume was organized by Cristiano Costa (UNISINOS) and Kelson Aires (UFPI) – coordinators of CTD; Lális Cavalcante (UFC) – coordinator of the CTIC; and finally, Marcia Ito (PPG-GTPS/CEETEPS) and Romuere Rodrigues (UFPI) – coordinators of the Work in Progress track.
