Jogos Digitais Educativos como Ferramenta de Ensino e Conscientização sobre Golpes de Engenharia Social: Uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura

Resumo


É alarmante o aumento de ameaças digitais no Brasil, especialmente os golpes disseminados por redes sociais, mensagens de texto e e-mails, utilizando técnicas de engenharia social (ES). O fator humano continua a representar o elo mais fraco do ambiente digital, em decorrência da ausência de conhecimento especializado ou falta de atenção no cotidiano tecnológico. Os jogos digitais educativos (JDEs) têm constituído uma ferramenta de ensino, do contexto ativo, que possibilita aos usuários a interação com ambientes simulados, diálogos interativos e mecanismo de feedback imediato. Esta pesquisa apresenta a análise de 46 artigos identificados a partir de uma revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL), que investigam o uso de JDEs para o ensino e a conscientização sobre golpes de ES. Os resultados desta revisão apresentam o phishing como a técnica predominante nos estudos, as teorias educacionais incorporadas aos jogos e a eficácia positiva em 89% das avaliações.
