Um Sistema de Reputação Descentralizado para Avaliar a Confiança dos Nós nas Redes Veiculares

Abstract


In vehicular networks, cooperation between nodes is needed for proper performance of traffic applications. The objective of this work is to analyze the reliability of the vehicles in an application of Local Danger Warning (LDW) for vehicular networks in order to identify the presence of malicious nodes and discard their alerts through the development of a decentralized reputation system. The effectiveness of reputation system and the impacts of the use of the proposed system by a LDW application for roads were evaluated through experiments with network and traffic simulators.
