The Companion Proceedings of the 19th Brazilian Symposium on Information and Computational Systems Security (SBSeg 2019) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in São Paulo/SP, from September 2 to 5. In this issue, the Companion Proceedings brings the 3rd Salão de Ferramentas and the 13th Workshop de Trabalhos de Iniciação Científica e de Graduação (WTICG 2019). The Salão de Ferramentas include 5 papers and the WTICG include 16 papers. The Salão de Ferramentas program committee was coordinated by André Grégio (UFPR) and the WTICG program committee was coordinated by Carlos Eduardo da Silva (IMD/UFRN) and Cíntia Borges Margi (EP-USP), who organized this volume. The papers in the Salão de Ferramentas were submitted on 07/17/2019, accepted for publication on 07/07/2019, with the final version submitted on 08/12/2019. The papers included in the WTICG section were submitted on 7/1/2019, accepted for publication on 7/29/2019, with the final version submitted on 8/5/2019.
