Dark Patterns nas Redes Sociais. O design enganoso e o impacto no livre-arbítrio dos usuários
Abstract
In Social Networks, the engagement, interest or dissemination of content provide financial gains for the application and/or for the content producer. Thus, maintaining interest and the content sharing is considered a very moneymaking business model. In order to support these actions, the use of Dark Patterns, which are Design Patterns to guide users for performing tasks that, initially, were not their intention, are applied. This paper presents a research which the use of Dark Patterns in Social Networks were analyzed considering the perception of users in typical tasks in these tools. Results were classified into groups of Dark Patterns and analyzed faced to traditional Human-Computer Interaction guidelines.References
