The Proceedings of the 24th Workshop on Testing and Fault Tolerance (WTF 2023) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Brasília/DF, on May 26, 2023, as part of the 41st Brazilian Symposium on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems (SBRC 2023). In this issue, the proceedings include 11 full papers. These papers were selected through a blind review. This volume was organized by Odorico Machado Mendizabal (UFSC), coordinator of the event. The articles in this volume were submitted on 03/27/2023, and accepted for publication on 04/10/2023, with the final version submitted on 04/15/2023.
