The Proceedings of the 27th Workshop on Testing and Fault Tolerance (WTF 2026) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Praia do Forte/BA, Brazil, from May 25-29, 2026, as part of the 44th Brazilian Symposium on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems (SBRC 2026). In this issue, the proceedings include 17 full papers and 03 extended abstracts. These papers were selected through a single-blind review, from a total of 28 full papers and 04 extended abstracts submitted, which implied acceptance rates of 60.7% and 75%, respectively. This volume was organized by Gustavo Callou (UFRPE), workshop chair, and by Rodrigo Mansilha (UNIPAMPA) and Bruno Santos (UFBA), SBRC 2026 publications chairs. The articles in this volume were submitted on 04/05/2026, accepted for publication on 04/17/2026, with the final version submitted on 04/24/2026.
