Current Issue
The Proceedings of the 12th Latin American Conference on Human-Computer Interaction (CLIHC 2026) bring the papers selected and presented in Aracaju, Brazil, from May 6 to 8, 2026, and Oaxaca, Mexico, from May 27 to 29, 2026. In this issue, the proceedings include 10 full papers and 11 short papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review, from a total of 45 full papers and 26 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 22.2% and 42.3%, respectively. This volume was organized by Adriana Lopes Damian (Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado) and Lizbeth Escobedo (Dalhousie University), chairs of the full papers track, and by Valéria Argôlo Rosa de Queiroz (Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia) and Mario A. Moreno Rocha (Universidad Tecnológica de la Mixteca), chairs of the short papers track. The articles in this volume were submitted on 03/09/2026, accepted for publication on 03/30/2026, with the final version submitted on 04/12/2026.
CLIHC 2026 was organized by the Latin American Human-Computer Interaction Community (LAIHC), sponsored by Fundação de Apoio à Pesquisa e à Inovação Tecnológica do Estado de Sergipe (Fapitec/SE), CGI.br – Comitê Gestor da Internet no Brasil, Núcleo de Informação e Coordenação do Ponto BR (NIC.br), and the ACM Distinguished Speaker Program, and supported by Sociedade Brasileira de Computação (SBC) and Fundação de Apoio à Pesquisa e Extensão de Sergipe (Fapese).
