The Proceedings of the 22nd Regional School of High-Performance Computing from Southern Brazil (ERAD-RS 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Curitiba/PR, from April 18 to 20, 2022. In this issue, the proceedings include 46 papers distributed in two tracks: Undergraduate Forum and Graduate Forum. These papers were evaluated by at least three specialists. This volume was organized by Guilherme Galante (UNIOESTE) and Charles Christian Miers (UDESC) - coordinators of the Undergraduate Forum, and by Márcia Pasin (UFSM) and Márcio Seiji Oyamada (UNIOESTE) - coordinators of the Graduate Forum. The articles in this volume were submitted on 01/12/2022, accepted for publication on 02/15/2022, with the final version submitted on 02/28/2022.
