Abstract

Validation of business process models is usually performed by business analysts. These can easily read the model, however do not hold in-depth knowledge of the business. In contrast, domain experts know the business domain, but do not have knowledge about modeling. For these, it is easier to read a text in natural language. For this reason, both the process model and the descriptive text are artifacts necessary to allow natural communication between specialists and business analysts. This research proposes a methodology for generating texts from models and vice versa. The result will be evaluated in real scenarios, through companies and case studies.
