ISO 9001: 2000, MPS.BR Level F and CMMI Level 3: A Process Improvement Strategy at BL Informática
Abstract
This paper presents the results of the quality program of BL Informática through the analysis of the return of investment obtained with the deployment of ISO 9001:2000, MPS.BR Level F and the preparation to CMMI Level 3 evaluation. This work also presents difficulties, success factors and lessons learned as the main results of the software process deployment.
