ADAPTAR: Agregação Dinâmica para Análise e Predição de Tráfego e Anomalias em Rede
Resumo
A crescente complexidade do tráfego em redes de computadores exige métodos eficientes para predição e detecção de anomalias em cenários dinâmicos e não supervisionados. Este trabalho propõe a abordagem ADAPTAR, baseada em operadores de agregação temporal para análise de séries temporais. Modelos de médias móveis são avaliados com base no erro absoluto médio (MAE), seguidos pela investigação da Integral de Choquet e sua parametrização por medidas de potência. A detecção é realizada por meio de um mecanismo baseado em limiar aplicado aos erros de previsão. Experimentos com o conjunto CIC-IDS2017 indicam que a abordagem baseada na Integral de Choquet apresenta desempenho competitivo em relação aos métodos tradicionais.
