The Proceedings of the 14th Brazilian Symposium on Robotics (SBR 2022), 19th Latin American Robotics Symposium (LARS 2022) and 13th Workshop on Robotics in Education (WRE 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in the hybrid format, at the Centro Universitário FEI, in the city of São Bernardo do Campo/SP, Brazil, from October, 18th - 21st, 2022. In this issue, the proceedings include 76 full papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review, from a total of 106 full papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 71%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Reinaldo Augusto da Costa Bianchi (FEI), Bruno Marques Ferreira da Silva (UFRN), Thiago Pedro Donadon Homem (IFSP), Carla da Costa Fernandes Curvelo (UFRN) and Milena Faria Pinto (CEFET-RJ), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 08/15/2022, accepted for publication on 09/12/2022, with the final version submitted on 10/03/2022.
