The Companion Proceedings of the 16th Brazilian Symposium on Information Systems (SBSI 2020) brings the papers selected and presented online. The event's program committee was coordinated by Scheila de Ávila e Silva (UCS), Andréa Magalhães Magdaleno (UFF), and the Publications was coordinated by Davi Viana (UFMA) who organized this volume.
