The Proceedings of the 18th National Meeting on Artificial and Computational Intelligence (ENIAC 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, held from November 29th to December 3rd, co-located with the 10th Brazilian Conference on Intelligent Systems (BRACIS 2021). In this edition, the articles bring together 67 full papers selected for the Main Track of ENIAC 2021 and 4 full papers accepted for the 5th Brazilian Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD-BR 2021). This volume was organized by Elaine Ribeiro de Faria Paiva (UFU) and Paulo de Tarso Guerra Oliveira (UFC) - coordinators of the ENIAC 2021 program committee, and by Ana Carolina Lorena (ITA), Filipe Alves Neto Verri (ITA), Tiago Agostinho de Almeida (UFSCar), Gabriela Surita (Loggi), Ângelo Gregório Lovatto (Loggi), Regiane Nascimento (Loggi), Tiago Leite (Loggi), Fillipe Goulart (Loggi) and Juan Camilo Fonseca-Galindo (Loggi) - KDD-BR 2021 organizers. The articles that make up the ENIAC 2021 proceedings series were submitted on 8/16/2021, accepted for publication on 9/27/2021, with the final version submitted on 10/04/2021.
