The Proceedings of the 2nd Workshop on Advanced Virtual Environments and Education (WAVE2 2019) bring the selected and presented papers in the edition of the event held in Poços de Caldas/MG from October 20 to 24, 2019, in conjunction with the 25th CIAED Congresso Internacional ABED de Educação a Distância - CIAED 2019. In this issue, the proceedings include 06 papers, which were selected through a double blind peer review, with an acceptance rate of 53.33%. The event’s Program Committee was coordinated by Fernando Moreira (Universidade Portucalense, Portugal) and Francisco Kelsen de Oliveira (Instituto Federal do Sertão Pernambucano, Brazil) who organized this volume with the editing support of Rafael Dias Araújo (Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, Brazil). The papers in this volume were submitted on June 30, 2019, accepted for publication on August 06, 2019, with the camera-ready version submitted on August 23, 2019.
