Policies and Strategies to Transform Public Digital Services of Mato Grosso State and Federal Government
Abstract
In government, there is a need to promote a transformation of public e-services, through a set of means that will fundamentally change the way public interactions occur with society. Thus, the objective of this research is to identify the strategies used in the transformation of public e-services with a view to meeting the real need of the citizen, especially the co-production strategies. To this end, strategies from the Brazilian Federal Governments and the State of Estado Mato Grosso were considered, through the collection of data in bibliographic and documentary form. The research explains that the studied governments have had the responsibility for the transformation of their public e-services.
