Mapeamento sistemático da literatura de relatos do uso do orçamento participativo na forma digital
Resumo
O OP (Orçamento Participativo) é um dos dispositivos criados para assegurar a participação da população na definição de metas relacionadas às receitas e despesas do exercício financeiro. Esse artigo propõe um mapeamento sistemático dos relatos de uso da tecnologia como intervenção para elaboração do OP. Foram encontrados 127 artigos, tendo sido selecionados 26 trabalhos para a extração de dados. As experiências de utilização do OP na forma digital encontradas apresentam uma distribuição geográfica heterogênea, sendo realizadas em paralelo com a forma presencial. Os resultados encontrados podem contribuir para o estado da arte das implementações de OP digital, fornecendo uma visão geral das diversas formas de implementações relatadas na literatura.
