A Management Process for ICT Infrastructure and Platform for Municipal Public Administration: Pre-Implementation Maturity Assessment
Abstract
This study proposes an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure management model based on the ITIL 4 framework for municipal public administration. As a preliminary step to implementation, the current maturity level was assessed through a diagnostic questionnaire, positioning the organization at level 2 – Partially Managed. This result highlights the need for a governance model in this area. The proposed model aims to maximize service quality and optimize ICT resource allocation, as well as identify opportunities for continuous improvement, contributing to the delivery of greater public value.
