The Proceedings of the 11th Workshop of Applied Computing for the Management of the Environment and Natural Resources (WCAMA 2020) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, on November 16 to 20, as part of the 40th Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2020) which had the theme "Artificially human or Humanly artificial? Challenges for society 5.0". In this issue, the proceedings include 18 full papers. These papers were selected through a double blind peer review process, from a total of 31 full papers and 4 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 58%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Marilton Sanchotene de Aguiar, who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 04/30/2020, accepted for publication on 06/10/2020, with the final version submitted on 06/30/2020.
