Current Issue
The Proceedings of the 16th Workshop of Applied Computing for the Management of the Environment and Natural Resources (WCAMA 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Maceió, AL, Brazil, from July 20 to 24, 2025, as part of the 45th Congress of the Brazilian Computing Society (CSBC 2025), whose theme was "Digital Governance for a Sustainable Society". In this issue, the proceedings include 34 full papers and 05 extended abstracts. These papers were selected through a single-blind review, from a total of 74 full papers and 10 extended abstracts submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 46% and 50%, respectively. The event's Program Committee Chairs, Pedro Moura (UNIRIO) and Thiago Ventura (UFMT), organized this volume together with Alexandre Braga, CSBC 2025 Publications Chair. The papers in this volume were submitted on 03/31/2025, accepted for publication on 05/02/2025, having the final version submitted on 05/16/2025.
