Integrated System Conecta Canaã: An Architecture Solution for Mitigating Emerging Urbanization Challenges
Abstract
Rapid growth of the urban population, particularly in cities in emerging countries, poses significant challenges for urban management and the provision of public services. This work proposes an integrated management architecture that supports Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and aims to enhance communication between citizens and municipal authorities. The implementation of the architecture has demonstrated a promising acceptance rate among the departments of the Annonimous-Municipality, resulting in a consistent flow of daily registrations and service responses within the system.References
