The Proceedings of the 17th National Meeting on Artificial and Computational Intelligence (ENIAC 2020) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event on October 20 to 23, 2020. In this issue, the proceedings include 65 full papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review, from a total of 129 papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 50%. The event's program committee was coordinated by Tatiane Nogueira (UFBA) and João Carlos Xavier Júnior (UFRN), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 15/07/2020, accepted for publication on 17/08/2020, with the final version submitted on 28/08/2020.
