Orbis: Um toolkit para Apoio no Ensino e Prática de Técnicas do Design Centrado no Usuário
Abstract
A formação de profissionais de Interação Humano-Computador (IHC) e Design envolve a atuação em contextos de inovação, com uma diversidade de técnicas e ferramentas que promovam uma abordagem mais humana para o desenvolvimento de produtos e serviços. O presente trabalho visa dar suporte a essa formação por meio do Orbis, um toolkit composto por 15 cartões orientando a aplicação de técnicas centradas no usuário comumente utilizadas na Academia e na Indústria, nas etapas de planejamento, design e prototipação.References
