The Companion Proceedings of the 20th Brazilian Symposium on Computing Applied to Healthcare (SBCAS 2020) bring the papers selected and presented online in the tracks Application and Tools Workshop (WFA), Thesis and Dissertation Contest (CTD), and Undergraduate Research Works Contest (CTIC), on September 15 to September 18, 2020. In this issue, the extended proceedings include 2 papers published in the Application and Tools Workshop (WFA), 12 papers in Thesis and Dissertation Contest (CTD), and 9 papers in the Undergraduate Research Works Contest (CTIC). These papers were selected through a blind peer-review process. The program committee of the Application and Tools Workshop (WFA) was coordinated by Artur Ziviani (LNCC) and Roberto Carreiro (CIDACS/FIOCRUZ). The program committee of the Thesis and Dissertation Contest (CTD) was coordinated by Lucas Ferrari de Oliveira (UFPR) and Victor Travassos Sarinho (UEFS). The program committee of the Undergraduate Research Works Contest (CTIC) was coordinated by Rodrigo de Melo Souza Veras (UFPI) and Marcelo Ossamu Honda (UESC). The program chairs of different tracks and the general coordinators of the event, Paulo Eduardo Ambrósio (UESC) and Marcos Ennes Barreto (UFBA), have organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on April 27, 2020, accepted for publication on June 15, 2020, with the final version submitted on July 3rd, 2020.
