The Proceedings of the 20th Brazilian Symposium on Computing Applied to Health (SBCAS 2020) bring the papers selected and presented online, during the period from September 15 to September 18, 2020. In this issue, the proceedings include 33 full papers and 18 short papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind peer-review process, from a total of 95 full papers and 55 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 35% and 33%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Cristiano André da Costa (UNISINOS), who organized this volume, with the collaboration of Paulo Eduardo Ambrósio (UESC) and Marcos Ennes Barreto (UFBA), event’s general chairs. The articles in this volume were submitted on April 27, 2020, accepted for publication on June 15, 2020, with the final version submitted on July 3rd, 2020.
