The Proceedings of the 12th Latin American Symposium on Digital Government (LASDiGov 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Maceió, AL, Brazil, from July 20 to 24, 2025, as part of the 45th Congress of the Brazilian Computing Society (CSBC 2025), whose theme was "Digital Governance for a Sustainable Society". In this issue, the proceedings include 32 papers, which were selected through a single-blind review process, among 76 submitions, impliing an acceptance rate of 42.1%. The event's Program Committee Chairs, Edna Canedo (UnB) and Pedro Almir (UFC/IFMA), organized this volume together with Alexandre Braga (UNCISAL), CSBC 2025 Publications Chair. The papers in this volume were submitted on 03/31/2025, accepted for publication on 05/02/2025, having the final version submitted on 05/16/2025.
